Moscow, the UN House: Rountable discussion “Interreligious dialogue and the UN sustainable development goals”

July 8, Moscow, UN House: On July 8, 2019, at the initiative of the World Congress of Mountain Jews (WCMJ), a round table discussion on Interfaith Dialogue and the UN Sustainable Development Goals was held in cooperation with the Russian office of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the UN Information Center in Moscow. Participants to the Round Table were respected leaders and representatives from the Roman Catholic Church, Russian Orthodox Church, Armenian Apostolic Church, Associated Russian Union of Christians of Evangelical Faith (Pentecostals), World Council of Muslim Communities, International Association of Islamic Business, World Islamic Mission, Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia, Coordination Center of Muslims of the North Caucasus, Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association of Turkey, Jewish Communities of Argentina, Israel and Russia, the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation, Milli Mejlis (National Assembly) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vatican City State, Government of Moscow, Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Italy, and the United States, the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Institute of Religion and Politics.
